Led by Executive Chef Armando Navarro, our menus boast seasonally-driven, elevated casual California cuisine sourced from local Sonoma County farmers and purveyors. With a fresh, simple, and approachable style infused with Sonoma sensibility, we’ve become a beloved destination for locals and visitors alike.
EDK Cantina, a culinary extension of El Dorado Kitchen, is a Mexican kitchen-inspired outpost on Spain Street serving Chef Armando Navarro’s crave-worthy tacos, enchiladas, and burritos. Now open for takeaway daily 12pm to 8pm.

Introducing Aperitivo Hour, a perfect mid-day escape offered Monday through Thursday from 2:30 to 5pm at El Dorado Kitchen, featuring a curated selection of low-ABV spritzes and light bites, thoughtfully crafted to highlight the seasonal flavors of Sonoma.
Celebrate the bounty of Sonoma Valley with Sonoma in Season, an intimate and elevated evening hosted by Prema Kerollis, Co-Founder of Three Sticks Wines, and Chef Armando Navarro of El Dorado Kitchen.
The night begins at the historic Adobe at Three Sticks with a welcome wine reception and passed bites, followed by a seated multi-course dinner fireside at El Dorado Hotel. Chef Armando will debut a brand-new tasting menu created exclusively for this one-night event, showcasing the vibrant flavors of spring and the richness of local Sonoma ingredients.
Each dish will be paired with exceptional wines from the Three Sticks cellar, including never-before-released vintages and rare selections from Billy Price’s personal collection, offering guests a truly unforgettable culinary journey.
