What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in time is at 4 pm. Check out time is at 11 am.

Is early check-in or late check-out available?

This depends on availability. If your room is not ready when you arrive, the front desk is happy to store your luggage and notify you when the room is ready.

Our front desk is open 24 hours.

Is smoking allowed on the property?

No. We are a non-smoking property.

Is Wi-Fi available? Is it free?

Yes! Free wi-fi is available on the premises.

Can my luggage be stored at the front desk?

Yes, pre-register at the front desk, and we will store your luggage until the room is ready.

Can you receive and hold my packages at the hotel?

What is your guarantee policy?

We require a deposit of one night’s room and tax at the time of booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation free of charge until 72 hours before arrival (before 3 pm, 3 days before arrival).

What types of rooms and suites do you have available?

We offer seven thoughtfully designed room types boasting semi-private balconies overlooking Sonoma Plaza. Visit our Accommodations Page to learn more.

Do rooms have private restrooms?

Yes.

Are there cribs available for infants?

Yes, Pack 'n Plays are available upon request.

Are there accessible bathrooms available?

Yes, in our ADA rooms.

Is there an elevator?

As we are a historical building an elevator is not permitted to allow second-floor access. We do offer rooms on the ground floor as an alternate option (subject to availability). 

Are accessible rooms or amenities available?

Yes, we offer ADA rooms on the first floor of the hotel. Please call us directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding the accessibility of your room.

Do you offer breast milk storage for parents? Can I arrange a milk-safe fridge during my stay?

Yes, all of our rooms have a refrigerator available for guest use.

What is your pet policy?

We are a pet-friendly hotel. Pets are welcome with a $75 fee. Please note that pets are not allowed at the restaurant, only service animals.

How far do you have to walk to take your pet out?

Approximately 100 feet.

Do you offer pet sitting or dog walking services?

We do not, but our front desk team is happy to assist in contacting a local service.
